Make It Your Home is proud to support Christopher, a United States Navy veteran from Orange County who is rebuilding his life after years of hardship and loss.

Christopher served our country from 2000–2007 aboard the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67) and USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6), including deployments in 2001, 2003, and 2005. He served as a Machinist Mate and achieved the rank of Petty Officer 3rd Class (E4).

After experiencing homelessness and unimaginable personal struggles, American Legion 291 was finally able to help Christopher secure an apartment. However, he currently has almost nothing to furnish his new home.

This Memorial Day, Make It Your Home will be transforming his empty apartment into a fully furnished and professionally decorated home completely free of charge.

Together, we can honor Christopher’s service and help give this deserving veteran a fresh start filled with dignity, comfort, and hope.
